This distinctive flowering geophyte produces elegant white to creamy-white flowers, beautifully marked with yellow and brown speckles near the base of the outer petals. Its most unusual feature is found in the smaller inner tepals, which have slender central lobes that curl inwards – a fascinating botanical detail that gives the flower its characteristic appearance.

4. Water gently after sowing.
Germination
- Keep the medium lightly moist, never waterlogged.
- Provide natural temperature fluctuations, with warmer days and cooler nights.
- Germination may take several weeks and can be irregular.
Growing on
- Provide plenty of light and good air circulation.
- Avoid excessive watering.
- Allow seedlings time to develop their underground storage organs.
